Today we’re looking back at Sandra and Matt’s Newport Officer’s Club Wedding! Matt and Kim handled photography, Nate did cinema and Abby was there with the Bluecube. Oh, and lets not forget to mention their wedding planner, our very own Britt!
Sandra and her bridesmaids got ready at the Biltmore Hotel where they enjoyed some time in the spa getting their hair and makeup done. Once the final bobby pin was tucked away, Sandra stepped into her gorgeous wedding gown from Bridal Garden. Sandra was now missing one piece to complete her wedding glow, her shoes! Her dad showed up just in time to help her slip into her beautiful heels. Sandra’s brothers weren’t to far away either. They of course had to see their stunning sister before they sent her off to get married!
Now that everyone was ready it was time to head over to Our Lady of Rosary Church where Father Joseph Escobar lead a beautiful ceremony. Now that Matt and Sandra exchanged their vows it was time to head to the reception to celebrate! The beauty of hiring a wedding coordinator is that you can enjoy every part of your wedding day without worrying about little mishaps that might happen through out the day. So thats what Britt did, she made sure that by the time Sandra and Matt walked into the Newport Officers Club with their friends and family, it was perfect! Daisy Dig’ins brought beautiful floral arrangements that made the room look like it was out a fairytale!
One sweet thing from this wedding is that instead of giving traditional favors to the guests, there was a donation given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Sandra and Matt made their entrance followed by some dancing thanks to Larry Tocci for providing a great sound for the night. After everyone had ate and enjoyed delicious cake from Confections, it was time to finish up the dancing and send the newly weds on their way!
